Turnkey or partial, your call.
Some clients hand us the keys and come back to a finished space. Others want us to handle the structure, plumbing and electrical while they paint. We price both ways and tell you exactly where the line is.

Our designer can take a photo of your existing room and return several finished options, each with its own price breakdown underneath. You pick the one that fits, and that becomes the estimate.
Restoration that works with your adjuster.
Water and fire damage is stressful enough. We document the loss, work directly with your insurance company, and rebuild to code so the property is safe and rentable again.

How long does a bathroom or kitchen remodel take?
Most bathrooms run one to three weeks and kitchens three to six, depending on scope and material lead times. Your estimate includes a schedule.
Do you work on rental and investment properties?
Yes. A large part of our remodeling work is for investors, landlords and real estate agents who need a property turned around on a deadline.
Can I finance a remodel?
Financing is available on qualifying projects. Ask when you request your estimate and we will walk you through the options.
