How we do it
Turnkey or partial.
We can deliver the whole building ready to use, or set the posts, frame and roof and let you finish the rest. Both are priced clearly in your estimate.
Design help and financing.
Our designer can produce a rendering of the building on your lot with a price breakdown, and financing is available on qualifying builds.
Custom home builds.
We also build complete custom homes on the same post-frame and stick-frame methods. Most run six to ten months from the first shovel to the keys.

Questions we get
How much does a pole barn cost?
It depends on size, doors, concrete and finish. A shell-only building is the most affordable path; a turnkey shop with concrete and electrical is priced as a package. Request an estimate and you will get both.
Do you do the site work too?
Yes. We grade the pad, run drainage and pour the slab with our own equipment, so there is one contractor and one schedule.
Can you build a garage attached to my house?
Yes, attached and detached. Attached garages are handled under our remodeling and additions work.
